File types: PNG with transparent background is preferred → SVG → AI or EPS → PDF. Avoid JPG, screenshots, or photos of existing patches.
Resolution: 300 DPI or higher. If you can zoom in and it gets blurry, it's too low.
White backgrounds & unwanted elements: Don't submit artwork on a white background unless white is intentionally part of your design. If your file has a white background or unwanted elements you'd like removed, describe exactly what you want removed in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to clean it up. However, background removal and artwork cleanup are not guaranteed — results depend on file quality and complexity. By submitting artwork with a white background or unwanted elements, you accept responsibility for the final result. If you want a guaranteed clean result, we offer full artwork redesign at an additional cost — contact us before placing your order.

AI-generated art: Most AI artwork needs to be redrawn before production. Fine details and gradients don't always translate. We'll let you know if that's the case — there may be a small redraw fee.

Custom patches are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Non-refundable once production begins. If the error is on our end — wrong size, wrong color, production defect — we remake or refund at no cost. If the error is customer-submitted artwork or incorrect order details, we are not responsible.
Cancellations must be requested before production begins.
