FAQ

Who can order these?
Active LVMPD employees. You’ll enter your P# and Bureau / Area Command / Squad when you build your panel, and every order is checked before anything is cut. If an order can’t be verified, it’s canceled and refunded.
How do I get my panels?
Pick one at checkout: 1000 Miler (free, interoffice mail to the Bureau / Area Command / Squad you entered), Local Pickup in northwest Las Vegas (free, we’ll email you a time), or UPS Shipping ($7).
How long does it take?
14–21 business days after your order is verified. Verification time isn’t counted toward production. Have a hard deadline? Email info@thetacpatch.com before ordering.
Do you make other sizes?
Yes. 6" × 3" front and 8" × 3" back are the most popular sizes. Need something different for your carrier? Email info@thetacpatch.com with the size and we’ll quote it.
Which underlay should I pick?
Premium Reflective is our brightest and most popular, with the diamond prismatic look. IR (+$10) is visible under night vision; Black IR is non-reflective for a subdued look. Matte colors are non-reflective at no extra cost.
What does it cost?
This is special pricing for all LVMPD employees: front panel $35, back panel $30. IR underlay adds $10 per panel. MultiCam Standard or MultiCam Black fabric adds $2. GovX and other discounts do not apply.
Standard or Sergeant?
Standard is POLICE with two lines (name and number). Sergeant swaps in the sergeant layout. You can also choose whether the badge sits on the left or right.
How long can my unit name be?
Up to 26 characters on the back panel — long enough for names like CRIMINAL APPREHENSION TEAM.
A coworker needs the passcode.
Have them email info@thetacpatch.com with their name, P# and unit. Please don’t post the code publicly.
