Free shipping on orders over $100 placed through our online store. Bulk and some custom quoted orders are not eligible — see below.

  1. FREE SHIPPING & ELIGIBILITY

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 placed through our online store. This includes in-stock gear from The Armory and standard custom items such as custom hats, custom patches, and patch panels.

Bulk and custom quoted orders are not eligible for free shipping. These are larger orders handled through a custom quote or invoice — such as bulk PVC and embroidered patch runs, challenge coins, and unit, agency, or team apparel orders. For these, shipping is calculated per order and included in your quote, so it's handled separately from our online store rates.

  1. PROCESSING TIME

All custom products at The Tac Patch are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks of production time before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. If you have a hard deadline, reach out before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with trusted carriers to get you the best available rate. Bulk and custom quoted orders are shipped based on the rate included in your quote. If you need expedited shipping, contact us at info@thetacpatch.com before placing your order and we'll provide options and pricing.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather events and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
