FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50!!!

1. Processing Time

Quick Deploys:

Orders from our Quick Deploy collection are ready-to-ship and are typically processed within 1-2 business days. These items are in stock and will ship out quickly to ensure you receive your patches as soon as possible.

Patch Lab Custom Patches:

Since all Patch Lab Patches are made-to-order, please allow a 2-3 week production time before your order is shipped. Custom patches are meticulously crafted to your specifications, so production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shipping partners to ensure you get the best rate based on your location and size of your order. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at info@thetacpatch.com, and we will provide you with options and costs based on your location and order size. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you encounter any issues with shipping, please contact us at info@thetacpatch.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

7. Address Changes and Errors
