Orders placed without a valid P# will be held and you will be contacted before production begins. If you are unsure of your P#, check with your academy coordinator before ordering.

Do not wait until the week before your academy start date to order. Custom patches require production time and we cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed less than 2 weeks before your academy start date. We strongly recommend ordering as soon as you receive your equipment list to avoid any issues.
Orders placed close to an academy start date will be fulfilled as quickly as possible but on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed. Contact us directly for rushed orders at info@thetacpatch.com and we can arrange local pickup if needed.
Adhesive Loop Backing Option
For bag locations where velcro loop does not already exist, we offer an adhesive loop backing option so your patch attaches securely without sewing or permanent modification.
Application instructions:
- Clean the surface thoroughly with an alcohol wipe
- Allow the surface to dry completely before applying
- Peel and apply the adhesive loop backing, pressing firmly for 45–60 seconds
- Allow to settle for 48 hours before attaching or removing your patch
Skipping the 48-hour settle time may result in the adhesive loosening prematurely. For best results, avoid applying in extreme heat or cold.
